PRICE LIST

Package
Standard for max. 4 people for € 299,00/night
apart from accommodation, the price also includes:

• Welcome food (fresh local specialities, fruit...) that is handed over to the Client when checking in at Elisabeth’s Apartment.
• Fresh pastry, quality foodstuffs for highly nutritious breakfast (farm eggs, vacuum-packed meat products, organic milk and butter, cheese, seasonal vegetables, muesli, mineral water...) every day.
• Services of a personal assistant who will help with car rental arrangement, provide a program based on client’s requests, get tickets for events and museums, and book tables in partner gastronomic facilities...
• One parking place at a monitored car park
• Cleaning of the accommodation facility, changing laundry (bed sheets, towels, and dishcloths) and supplying missing sanitary products once in 3 days, professional disinfection with emitters included

Note: The apartment has to be booked for minimum 3 nights.

Premium for max. 6 people for € 499,00/night
apart from accommodation, the price also includes:

• Welcome food (comprising local delicacies, a bottle of quality sparkling wine, fresh fruit...), which is given to the Client when checking in at ELISABETH’S APARTMENT.
• Fresh pastry, quality foodstuffs for highly nutritious breakfast (farm eggs, vacuum-packed meat products, organic milk and butter, cheese, seasonal vegetables, muesli, mineral water...) every day.
• Arranging daily supply of freshly cooked meals if the Client decides to order food from a cook arranged by the Apartment-Keeper under Clause 1, Subclause 1.9 of General Business Terms and Conditions as per valid price list
• Services of a personal assistant who will help with car rental arrangement, provide a program based on client’s requests, get tickets for events and museums, book tables in partner gastronomic facilities and organise Client’s transfer from Košice Airport or a maximum 30 km distant bus/train station to the accommodation facility and back
• One parking place at a monitored car park for the whole time of the Client’s stay
• Daily cleaning of the accommodation facility, changing towels and supplying missing sanitary products, disinfection with emitters, extended beauty product package
• Extended accommodation space including the air-conditioned historic loft room and available wine cellar with paid consumption

Luxury for max. 6 people for € 599,00/night
apart from accommodation, the price also includes:

• Welcome food (comprising local delicacies, a bottle of quality sparkling wine, fresh fruit, herbs...), which is given to the Client when checking in at ELISABETH’S APARTMENT.
• Fresh pastry, quality foodstuffs for highly nutritious breakfast (farm eggs, vacuum-packed meat products, organic milk and butter, cheese, seasonal vegetables, muesli, mineral water...) every day
• Arranging daily supply of freshly cooked meals if the Client decides to order food from a cook arranged by the Apartment-Keeper under Clause 1, Sub-clause 1.9 of General Business Terms and Conditions as per valid price list
• Services of a personal assistant who will help with car or bicycle rental arrangement, cycling equipment included, book tables in partner gastronomic facilities, get tickets for events and attractions, and organise Client’s transfer from Košice Airport or a maximum 30 km distant bus/train station to ELISABETH’S APARTMENT and back.
• Two parking places at a monitored car park for the whole time of the Client’s stay
• Daily cleaning of the accommodation facility, changing towels and supplying missing sanitary products, extended premium package of natural beauty products, and changing bed sheets once every three days
• Extended accommodation space including the air-conditioned historic loft room with a master bed, free consumption of selected types of wine from the wine cellar at ELISABETH’s APARTMENT
• Late check out (until 2:30 p.m.)

Wedding Night for 2 people for € 777,00 / 2 Nights
apart from accommodation, the price also includes:

• Welcome food (comprising local delicacies, a bottle of quality sparkling wine, fresh fruit, herbs...), which is given to the Client when checking in at ELISABETH’S APARTMENT.
• Fresh pastry, quality foodstuffs for highly nutritious breakfast (farm eggs, vacuum-packed meat products, organic milk and butter, cheese, seasonal vegetables, muesli, mineral water...) every day
• Arranging daily supply of freshly cooked meals if the Client decides to order food from a cook arranged by the Apartment-Keeper under Clause 1, Sub-clause 1.9 of General Business Terms and Conditions as per valid price list
• Services of a personal assistant who will help with car or bicycle rental arrangement, cycling equipment included, book tables in partner gastronomic facilities, get tickets for events and attractions, and organise Client’s transfer from Košice Airport or a maximum 30 km distant bus/train station to ELISABETH’S APARTMENT and back.

The price of rendered services arranged by personal assistant as part of a particular Stay Service Package, including food consumed in a gastronomic facility based on booking, prices of event or attraction tickets (ticket prices) booked by personal assistant shall be paid by the Client directly to the hands of service providers on the basis of a separate legal relation agreed upon with such a provider. The Apartment-Keeper shall not be held liable for the availability of such services, their quality or the service provider’s conduct. The Apartment-Keeper shall also not be held liable for any damage to the Client occurring in connection with the use of the provider’s services. No pets are allowed in the apartment.
